Her public journey began through youth leadership and civic engagement, including participation in Youth Parliament through POWER 98.7 and service as a Lead SA Ambassador through Primedia. These early experiences placed public participation, leadership and social impact at the centre of a career that would later expand across business, media, entrepreneurship and institutional work.

Over the years, Lihle has built a public and professional profile that has extended beyond a single industry or title. Her experience has included entrepreneurship, public-facing leadership, media engagement, international youth and diplomacy platforms, social-impact initiatives and work within governance and public affairs.

Academically, she has established a strong foundation across law and business. She is an honours graduate, a Golden Key International Honour Society honouree recognised for academic excellence, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM).

Her professional work has increasingly centred on governance, public affairs and institutional leadership, deepening her understanding of how law, policy, institutions, stakeholder relationships and leadership decisions shape organisations and communities.

Beyond her professional career, Lihle is the founder of Legal Luminaries and SN Global Impact, independent platforms reflecting her wider commitment to professional development, opportunity, leadership and social impact.
